General Rules and Regulations:
1.Entries will be received:       Quilts and Wall  Hangings:   Wednesday, June 18, 2-6 pm
                     Food, Flowers, Produce: Thursday, June 19, 3 –6 pm
                                                   Photography and Art: Wednesday, June 18, 2-6  pm

2. Building will be closed for Judging Thursday, June 19, 7 –8 pm.
3. Each Class  will have will have Youth (18 and under) and Adult Divisions.
4. Exhibitors may have as many entries as they like.
5. All articles must be the work of the exhibitor
6. All articles will have not been previously exhibited at the Tri-County Fair.
7. Entries MUST be picked up Saturday, June 21,  2 to 4 pm.   Tri-County Fair is not responsible for article left after this time.
8. Precaution will be taken to prevent loss or damage, but the Tri-County Fair Board or  members will not be held responsible for any damages or loss.
9. If there are not enough entries in a class, the entry may be judged in a different class.

One Blue, one Red, and one White ribbon will be awarded in each class for Adult and for Youth.
$ 5 will be awarded for each Blue Ribbon.
Best of Division winners for each division will be awarded  $ 10 for Adult and for Youth.
Best of Show winner s will be awarded $25 for Adult and  $25 for Youth.

Amount required per exhibit is listed.
Exhibits, except for canned foods, will be covered with clear plastic wrap.

CLASSES

          BREAD
Breads will be exhibited on heavy paper plate.  An exhibit will consist of  ¼ loaf of bread or 6 rolls.

          CAKES
One-half of cake will be accepted as an exhibit, except for decorated cakes, which must be exhibited whole.
Cake should be on disposable cardboard covered with clear plastic wrap.

          PIES
½  of pie in disposable aluminum disposable pan  covered with clear plastic wrap will be accepted as an exhibit.

         COOKIES AND BROWNIES
Cookies should be exhibited on heavy paper plates, covered with clear plastic wrap.
Six cookies will be accepted as an exhibit.

          CANNED FOODS
Vegetables, Fruit, Pickles, Relishes, Salsa, Jams, Jellies and Preserves will be judged.
All entries must be in sealed jars.  Entries may or may not be opened for judging.

Flower arrangement will consist of  3 or more flowers exhibited in water in a jar, bottle or vase..
