The Tri County Fair Board will assign location of booth upon arrival. Spaces will be available at 9:00 am June 18, 2008.
The Fair reserves the right to cancel agreement without notice, to stop any show or exhibition, or the sale of any product being sold for any reason that, in the Fair's judgement, may be detrimental and not in the best interest of the public at large, or for any violation of the statutes of the State of Missouri. Vendors are responsible for their own liability insurance. The Tri-County Fair Board is not responsible for lost, broke, damaged, or stolen items.
The vendor must have a set schedule during the Fair and be open at least between the hours of 4 PM and 9 PM during the fair activities.A fair schedule will be available.
The selling of items with vulgar wording will not be tolerated. Neither will slang terms that refer to a person's orgin, sex or religious preference. Some artwork, cartoons and especially tee shirts can be very mean. These are certainly not in the best taste and are indeed very offensive to many people and will not be tolerated.
Weapons, mace or any other self protection device that has the ability to incapacitate is also prohibited. Exotic smoking equipment may not be sold or displayed.
Vendors may not sell items that the carnival will be selling. This includes: Cotton Candy, Caramel Apples, Funnel Cakes, Corndogs, Popcorn, Sno Cones, and Nachos.
The Tri-County Fair Board has the right to accept or reject applications for any reason.
Vendor must bring all needed supplies and equipment - including electric cords, tables, etc
Vendors will unload and then park in assigned area.
Trash Collection - Each concessionaire is responsible for the appearance of the grounds around their exhibit area. Refuse should be placed in appropriate containers Trash bags should be used and ties must secure the bags. Cleanliness is a must.. Violations will result in non-renewel of privileges.
FYI - The Tri-County Cattlemen's Association will be serving Ribeye Steak Sandwiches and Baked Potatoes. The Richland Lion's Club will serve Pork Steak, Chicken, Baked Beans and Cole Slaw.
