General Fair Admission is FREE
Some special events may require a gate charge.  This will be noted in the advertising for that event.

Parking Is FREE
If handicap parking is needed at a special event the parking attendant will direct you to the appropriate location.

Information Area
All fair information may be obtained in the Home Economics Building, next to the livestock barn.

Liability Statement
The Tri-County Fair Board will not be responsible to any person, individual, corporation or association for any loss by fire, theft, damage, or personal injury sustained by anyone through the negligence of any person or group of person, exhibits, or exhibitors.

Prohibited Activities/Items
No weapons (including firearms and ammunitions, bows, and arrows, tasers, stun guns, swords, and axes) allowed.  No bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates, and/or any other type of non-motorized activity allowed on the midway or at special events.  No alcohol (including any beer, wine, and hard liquor) allowed.  These items are prohibited in the interest of safety for all who attend the Fair.  Violators will have their equipment confiscated.  It will be available for pick-up the day after the Fair closes at the Home Economics Building.

Special Assistance
Persons with disabilities should let fair officials know if special assistance is needed. 

Exhibitor Rules and Regulations
All classes of the Tri-County Fair, unless otherwise noted, are open to exhibitors who meet the requirements.  Entry blanks may be printed from www.richlandtricountyfair.com.
